  If you need tools on a budget, this is the place. Most things are designed a bit cheaper, but unless you are a heavy user of tools (most people aren't) they are plenty good.

  I don't think I've walked into this harbor freight store and come out without buying something. Sure, the tools are a little on the "cheaper quality" side, but if you're on a budget you really can't beat the value. I used their 90 amp flux core welder for years with great success, until it was stolen.
